Hesburger’s societal impact is broad, with employment being one of the most significant. Hesburger provides numerous entry-level jobs, and many Finns have started their working lives with us. Domestic sauce production, logistics, raw material production, and partnerships in related operations also create jobs across Finland beyond restaurant work.

H-hetki and Joy & Hope

Hesburger has long supported children’s and youth physical activity. The H-hetki (H-Moment) programme has engaged schoolchildren for over a decade and continues to grow, involving around 85,000 children annually through H-hetki and Hese competitions.

In Bangladesh, Joy & Hope School, run in cooperation with mission organization Fida, brings hope and well-being to a local slum community. Since 2005, the collaboration has expanded and diversified.
