Hesburger’s Whistleblowing Channel
The whistleblowing channel is intended for current and former employees and job applicants of the Hesburger chain, as well as for Hesburger’s partners and their employees. Through the channel, one can anonymously and confidentially report suspected misconduct or violations of applicable law, internal guidelines, or procedures.
Primarily, suspected misconduct or other issues should be raised directly with one’s supervisor or another responsible person within the organization. The whistleblowing channel is used when direct discussion is not possible. The channel enables Hesburger to receive information about potential irregularities and respond to them quickly. At the same time, it protects whistleblowers, who can safely and confidentially report issues without fear of retaliation.
