Hesburger wants to operate responsibly and ethically in all areas of the chain's operations. To succeed in this, each of our employees must commit to responsible practices.

The Hesburger whistleblowing channel is intended for Hesburger’s current and former employees and job seekers, as well as Hesburger’s partners and their employees. You may report any suspected misconduct or violations of applicable law or internal policies and procedures anonymously and confidentially. The channel is managed by an external operator.

Primarily, suspected violations and other misconduct should be discussed with your supervisor or other responsible person in the organization. The whistleblowing channel should be used when direct discussion within the organization is not possible. The channel helps Hesburger be aware and respond to potential grievances. At the same time, it protects the notifier, who can report safely and confidentially without fear of retaliation.
