Hesburger online service terms of use

General

These terms of use shall apply to websites owned by Burger-In Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter ”Hesburger”) as well as online content found on said websites (hereinafter collectively "Service"). The purpose of the service is to provide the customer with information on Hesburger products and services.

By using the online service, the user hereby agrees to these terms of use.

Processing of personal data

Hesburger processes and collects the personal data of customers to provide services as well as to maintain and develop customer relationships. The user may consult the Hesburger Customer register privacy policy for more detailed information on the processing of personal data.

Intellectual property rights and copyrights for the Service

The Service and its content, including trademarks, business names, product information and images, are the property of Hesburger and/or its partners, which is protected under the Copyright Act and international agreements on intellectual property rights. All rights to the Service and its content are reserved, unless said rights are separately granted in these terms of use or elsewhere in the Service.

Use of the Service is only permitted for personal, non-commercial use. Materials may be viewed, browsed and saved on a terminal device as well as printed out for personal use. The copying, other storage, borrowing, forwarding and other utilisation of the materials contained in the Service, even partially, is prohibited without Hesburger's express written consent.

Press releases to be published in the online service may be used in public communications under the condition that the source of information is mentioned.

Hesburger liability 

Hesburger is not liable for any costs, losses or other possible damages which may have been caused by the use of this Service or from information provided in it.

Hesburger does not guarantee the availability of the Service or its uninterrupted or flawless function. Unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation, Hesburger shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the use or inhibition of the Service.
