If the guest does not have Internet access, the booking may be made at the HeseHotelli reception or by calling the Hesehotelli customer service number at +358 (0)45 634 3443.
You must pay for the room immediately when booking a room on the Hesehotelli website. You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard (with Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode), or use online banking services (Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Osuuspankki, POP Pankki, S-pankki, Säästöpankki, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken).
When making a booking through Booking.com or calling the HeseHotelli customer service number, you will pay the hotel cashier when checking in to the hotel. The most commonly used debit and credit cards are accepted as payment (not, for example, AmericanExpress or Visa Electron). Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
If you choose to book a room by calling the HeseHotelli customer service number, you will pay the cashier when arriving at the hotel. All standard forms of payment are accepted at the cashier.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Cancelling a booking
The guest should carefully read the applicable terms of cancellation prior to making a booking. The guest reserves the right to cancel a booking they have made as follows: In order to cancel a booking for free, the cancellation must be made no later than 6:00pm two days prior to the booked stay. If the guest fails to do so or is a no-show, HeseHotelli reserves the right to bill the guest an amount equivalent to one night's stay.
CHECKING IN AND STAYING AT THE HOTEL
The hotel room will be available to the guest on the arrival date starting at 3:00pm.
Note! Check-in is only possible during the business hours of the Hesburger restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
Reception for HeseHotelli is located in the Hesburger restaurant. Reception is open during restaurant business hours.
Guests must vacate their room at HeseHotelli by 12:00pm on the check-out date. We will charge an additional fee for late check-out.
