Hesburger’s products are known for their good taste. We operate in a field in which competition is tough: besides good taste, success also requires products which are of excellent quality, competitive and easily available. Furthermore, service, cleanliness of restaurants and even quality of products are important. In our operations, we invest in product development: we follow taste patterns and culinary trends and utilize the feedback from our customers. In many respects, we are self-sufficient: we make our own mayonnaise and sauces as well as the majority of machines, equipment and computer programmes needed by the chain. Centralized logistics saves both costs and the environment.
